This weekend is not going well. My long run yesterday was followed by pizza, beer and ice cream. This a.m. we had no milk, so DH made pancakes, lots of pancakes, then at the grocery they were giving out all sorts of samples and since I hadn't eaten lunch, I ended up eating cake, a cookie, crabmeat and pineapple. As Melanie said the other day, I don't even like cake from a cake mix, but I ate it because it was there and it was free. And I can't even run off the calories. I'm worried that my leg may be seriously injured this time, so I'm taking a few days off until it feels normal.
