200 miles for the month
PR my 10 mile race. Same race/course as last March, so a real apples to apples comparison.

Every time I participate in one of these goal threads I get hurt... Tempting fate this month because my running's been going well, finally :P
- 80 miles for the month
- Finally make some progress on bench press, and maybe overhead press too if I'm lucky (which means eating enough food. Sub-goal: eat all the food! Gain a pound, even!)
- DON'T GET HURT!

Hey guess what, I did all of these, go me! 98 miles for the month, 85 pound bench press, sore and tired but not injured and still running!

To at some point completely rid myself of treadmill runs, which would require a snow melt of biblical proportions.
I have not run on the treadmill since 3.14. Aw shit, strike a pose!
5k PR AG award for my winter run series > 200 miles
I'll take it.
- try to run over 75 mpw without bringing back the plantar fasciitis in my right foot. (done)
- Survive a LR of 24 miles on the TM, without a potty stop. (I survived, but had to stop for a pee. I swear it was quick! )
- Hopefully run a 10 miler as a time trial, once during the month, in a better time than I've done in the past. (Failed. 70 seconds slower)

1) To teach my cat that if he worms into a tiny space above the open garage door, and I then put the door down without knowing that he's in there, he will be unceremoniously and hilariously ejected into the driveway from about 8 feet up. Nailed it on day one! (He has not done this since. However, he has crept out onto a curtain rod, slipped, and been rescued while hanging by his crossed paws. He has also climbed into the laundry chute and gotten stuck, requiring extraction by his pet human.) 2) To remember what color my car is under the "salt grime grey". It's black... my rugs are crusted in road salt though. 3) More racing, less freezing. Done, and done 4) Cut down on caffeine and alcohol (already started in Feb.) Yes 5) More quality at distance. Sort of, several LRs were not good, but yesterday's was.
