102 miles (fewest miles in years, but then again, we had 3 weeks of smoky air in this area)
Other forms of XT:

Eliptical: 2 hours
Weights: 4 hours
Hike/walk: 32 miles.
Great fitness month, if you ask me.

...raced 1 x half-marathon, 1 x 10K (PR), and logged my first race Did Not Start, but got a can of baked beans in the race swag bag.
Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.

Thanks Carolyn for doing this. Nice picture too!

This is the highest mileage month for me and:
I ran my first race since 2006.

"Enjoy yourself. Your younger days never come again." 100yo T. Igarashi to me in geta at top of Mt. Fuji (8/2/87)
Only 84 miles, my goal of keeping it over 100 a month failed due to stressful family issues that kept coming up.
1850 feet of elevation gain in 1.3 miles duirng a hike (ave. 35% grade), that I guess is a steepness record for me.
"During a marathon, I run about two-thirds of the time. That's plenty." - Margaret Davis, 85 Ed Whitlock regarding his 2:54:48 marathon at age 73, "That was a good day. It was never a struggle."
I had 157.4 miles in September. Ran two marathons, one a PR and the other was my 2nd fastest. And I met Opie!
"I didn’t run a race until I was 41 and that was a marathon! Let that sink in for a minute." -me
