still alive
Hey Spareribs - I was flying through MSP yesterday on my way to Washington and who did I run into boarding the plane but Al himself. I thanked him for cheering us on. Oh, he flies coach.
I am sequestered in DC at the moment reviewing proposals for NIH. My legs finally feel pretty good. They have been more sore than usual after a race, probably because I really pushed myself to my goal. I have a half marathon in Fargo scheduled for Saturday. I don't think I'll be getting a PR at that one but it should be fun. Although, looks like we have a heat wave . . high in the 80's? ugh

When I posted that I wasn't very lucid. After all, I had just recently met you.
