No real plans again this week, other than to enjoy some fall running, avoid injury, and save some miles for the Columbus Marathon on Sunday.
M - 10 miles - slow jog.
T - 10 miles on TM.
W - 12 Miles.
F - 7 miles - slow jog.
S - Off.
S - 26.2 miles - Columbus Marathon. 3:45.06
Total - 75.2 miles.

41 miles for me. I can't cut back 'cause I'm in maintenance mode
55 miles is not so bad, I've heard people referring to 90 mile weeks
as "cutback", ha ha

hit my knee on the bed frame yesterday, there is a bumpand it hurts to bend. and that was my good knee
