      No real plans again this week, other than to enjoy some fall running, avoid injury, and save some miles for the Columbus Marathon on Sunday.

       

      M - 10 miles - slow jog.

      T - 10 miles on TM.

      W - 12 Miles.

      T - 10 miles on TM.

      F - 7 miles - slow jog.

      S - Off.

      S - 26.2 miles - Columbus Marathon. 3:45.06

       

      Total - 75.2 miles.

            No doubt - I haven't even hit that number on peak weeks this season...

                 1:23:28 total time including 3 sub-par mile repeats.  I also did some push-ups and some pulley rows and some crunches and some stretches

                 A much needed rest I might add.  But I did do some arm swings and crunches.

                 1:25:14--including 8 tempo miles in 52:37 + push-ups + seated pulley rows + crunches and stretches

                 My hip hurts--my hip has never hurt--so I took the night off.  It better be good tomorrow.   So, just some arm swings and crunches.

                 55:08--I cut it to 6.3 because my hip was hurting + push-ups + crunches and stretches

                 Total of 28:55...I'll call it a fratlek run...I ran with CC team--plus arm swings + crunches and stretches

                 I can still feel some soreness in my--it's not bad--but I took the day off.  I did do some push-ups and crunches, though.

                  Friday.......rest & drive to St. Louis for NLCS...done-walked 3.2 mi. there

                  Saturday...10 miles?.......................................walked 1.8 miles there

                  Sunday.....6 miles?.........................................10 miles back home

                   

                  Total..........goal close to 40 miles............not close at all!   30.2 miles

                    Blame Pfitz.  I do.

                        55 miles is not so bad, I've heard people referring to 90 mile weeks

                        as "cutback", ha ha
