I guess I'd better do this before the end of the month. I didn't have very many miles but I had a good time driving back and forth to Maryland with Ryan. I ran the Lower Potomac River Marathon in 3:02:00, which was good enough for 5th overall and 1st in my age group. Maryland was my 47th state.

March: 110 miles

YTD: 580 miles

We rolled a goose egg for March 2019 -- no one ran prime. Monthly average of 128 was down from March 2018's 139 as lots of folks are in recovery from various nagging injuries.
