Thanks, Leslie... I think. I love eggs, too. A woman here at work raises chickens and when they're prolific, she sells some to me. $3 a dozen for big green and brown eggs. Wonderful!

Fresh eggs are so good!!  There's a woman who works with The Hub who sells fresh eggs to him whenever she has extras.  I make a breakfast egg salad out of lf cream cheese, a lf Laughing Cow cheese wedge, some sweet mustard sauce, salt and pepper, and put that on a toasted bagel.  Yum!

              Trails are hard!

I think it was the same guy who said "I'm going to eat whatever I find in this shell" while looking at a clam, oyster, etc.

Monday:  yoga.  No stretching yet, so Max and I will hit the lake.  We did--1.5 miles

Tuesday:  4 miles.  4.06 (roughly) miles.  and 1.5 with Max

Wednesday:  X-T or 2 miles.  pushups and stretching.  And, no, I will not report the pitiful number I did

Thursday:  4 miles.  4.1 and more pushups.

                Friday:  rest.  done.

Saturday:  X-T or pump class.  I did pump and the week I missed showed up in the quivering muscles.

Sunday:  7 miles.  7 miles on the nose.  Not terribley fast, but complete.

Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.

                  Hi guys ,

Eggs! Love them. But no farmers market here to buy them really fresh. No farmers either.

Gas bubble still hasn't disappeared, though probably only 1/4 left. Just a bit to go. Next follow up appt. is Monday. Hope they tell me I can w/o again. I must be gaining a pound a minute these days.... Of course, that has nothing to do with all the cookies and ice cream I eat.The bars in my training graph are getting equally as fat.
