Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Just a dude.
Thank you for keeping this going...
I'm pretty sure I need to not race again till my leg is 100%... So I'll probably take this week as a kinda easy week to make sure my leg gets right... At least... I'll make that my plan...
Overall a pretty good week... My hamstring was a complete non-issue Sunday. I'll probably give it at least another week before I try doing strides or anything sprinty...

Getting back in shape... Just need it to be a skinnier shape...
Back in the game......

Yee Haw !
I'm pretty sure I need to not race again till my leg is 100%...
I think that's a good idea....prolly goes for track workouts, too....a little restraint now will pay off later...
This thread is actually pushing me to do 5-8miles over what I'd do otherwise, so thanks Holly. If I keep this up I might actually finally run a marathon this year.

Once again thank you Holly for the time and effort to do this!
More base work this week, legs feel fatigued after last week, but fatigued in a good way. Two more weeks to go till my summer becomes crazy complicated with travel, family, food and camping. Going to try and plow out another high mileage week.

Feeling surprisingly good for having grown the mileage each of the past 4 weeks. Normally I'd be kicking in a cutback week somewhere, but don't feel the need. Yet.
