Wow! Bob, Perchcreek, Subdood, et al - make me feel like such a slacker...
129 miles for December, 2052 miles for the year. 4 marathons (1 PR), first Double Dipsea, 5 half marathons, first 15K, 3 10Ks, 1 5m and 5 5Ks (1 PR). I guess technically that makes 4 PRs for the year.
Happy New Year Everyone!!!
Ray
Thanks as usual, Carolyn.
I'm almost embarrassed to even enter this here, but maybe it'll be a reminder of what can happen when you get old (and you're name isn't Spareribs, etc.). So here is my entry to compete for DFL in the 2015 RA Masters group:
December:
18.7 run
3.5 swim
2015:
377.8 run
1449 cycle
12.4 swim
When I ran a fairly good HM at the Charlevoix RA meetup back in June I never thought it would be my last time crossing the starting mat for the year. Fortunately everything else in my life went well and I'm now more stress-free than at any other time in about the last 30 years! Then I started off 2016 on New Year's Day with a PW 5K, but I'll just keep plugging along...

"Think blue, count two, and look for a red shoe"
120.2 miles for me in December.
Thanks to Stumpy and Deez, I just set my goal for 2016 at 1000 miles.
Looks like I am already 1.4 miles behind the pace bunny...
230 for December
3,010.50 for 2015
And you can quote me as saying I was mis-quoted. Groucho Marx
Rob
Walk-Jogger
68 miles for December; 699 miles for the year.
A personal worst year for mileage, but considering the health issues that were part of my year, I'm happy to have achieved my "A" goal of surviving another year, and my "B" goal of still being able to run at all. It's good to be alive.
Retired & Loving It
Old , Ugly and slow
41 for December only 484 for year. Hurt and only ran a few times all summer.
Hope to run 70-80 this month.
first race sept 1977 last race sept 2007
2019 goals 1000 miles , 190 pounds , deadlift 400 touch my toes
an amazing likeness
December: 154
2015 Year: 2,155
20 races = 1 AG win, 2 AG place. No PR.
Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.
And that is a PR to crow about !

This is the whole list, sorted by 2015 totals:
I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.
UH oh...is it to late to add my 2015 miles? 832.
Trails Rock!
Wow Wildchild, thanks for being the Masters Awards Master! Seeing all of those totals in one spot is very cool.
3,341 miles for 2015,
279 miles for December
3 ultras, 3 marathons, 3 half marathons in 2015
and a bunch of shorter races. they all sucked, but
hey, I love to run, so I don't really care.
wait, I also ran Cherry Blossom 10 miler in 57 minutes.
that sounds good, right? until I tell you the course
was very very short this year, so it was essentially a 15k.
I'm 49 and a half now, and sort of feeling it every day.
Good luck, everyone!
