Beginner all over again
Thanks for the nice welcome everyone.
See whether I can keep up with the Dailies here and keep motivation high
I started Day Two of my Marathon Training
Day 1 was a Rest Day
But I went out yesterday on a LHR (Low Heart Rate) run for
:45 minutes,
covered a 5K and only barely, but I was happy with the nearly
15:00 pace at LHR.
I thought I would be slower. I'm never fast so that's a decent pace for me!
