TomWhite ordered me outta the daily on account of my bacon poem. Geesh. Some people are sooooo overly sensitive.
143.7 and not too happy about it. (I'm calling it water weight.)

I'll call mine water weight too. We went out to eat last night (had a coupon that expires soon) and split the soup... whoa was that salty! Add to the already over-salted regular fare and my ring was tight this morning!
143.5 this morning, but I don't believe it's real. I'll try again tomorrow. Maybe.

Are ya sure it isn't bacon weight?
I haven't gotten back on the scale since it gave me that lovely number of 123, so that's my story and I'm sticking with it. I did try on some older dresses and pants that haven't seen daylight out of my closet for years now... and aside from the size 0 leather pants, everything fit! Eh, it's OK, it's not like I've even got an occasion to wear those things... the little black dress with the cutout in the back, now that's a whole 'nother story....
who says life doesn't have a soundtrack?
OM - Way to go! I have a cute little black dress - The Hub has never seen on me (wear it to the banquet at conference). He has no idea what he's missing.

180.5 - down a pound and a half from last week. Finally, a little progress.
Not at it at all.

Yay!
Me, too!
Down a lb to 115 this week, for several days, even.
And I had bacon three times this week. Granted, it was only one slice per turkey sandwich, but it filled my bacon yearning....
Next week's taper might do that in, though...
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
...lookin' good folks///
....................holding at 178........just my 2nd week, so that's encouraging...

Me....................not up - not down = Happy :-)
Running has given me the courage to start, the determination to keep trying, and the childlike spirit to have fun along the way - Run often and run long, but never outrun your Joy of running!
Up to 194...I got shot outta an ice cream cone
