    We also got in trouble for being outside playing at 1 a.m. when she'd get home from some meeting or event or whatever and yell at us to get inside and go to bed. "But it's not dark out yet!" we'd yell. Yeah, heh, that didn't go far.

    Speaking of the same 1:00 am, I never had any problem sleeping in the midnight sun day nights up there but very distinctly remember looking at my watch at 1:00 am once after being awakened by the noisy kids still having fun and dogs barking outside the cabin we stayed in for a week up a little further north up in Fort Yukon.

    Trails are hard!

      Good work today, all of you, whether in the midwest deep freeze or not. 

       

      My first submission to cabin fever tonight...just ordered a bunch of fishing line to respool my spinning and fly reels soon.     4" of ice on the ponds, but those bass are just hunkered down there, I'm sure.....

       

      4" is plenty for ice fishing, Joe.

      Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.
