4 miles after work. very warm at mid 50's!  
ran into a gal I know at about mile 3 and we ran one mile together. she's like 25. and fast. and she slowed down to an 8:45 for me. my other miles were 10:15's. glad we only ran 1 mile together. 

long run tomorrow - in the mountains - up to about 5000 ft . I'll share some pics tomorrow. should be beautiful since we are forecast for sunny skies.
