Quit being so damn serious! When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change. "Ya just gotta let it go." OM
Thanks for doing this, Lyndenrunner. Smile This thread helps keep me going. Thanks also for your kind comment above. However, if I get any more R&R, I will turn into a human dumpling. A new year is about to start, and it's time to get serious again. Angry Monday - 3 miles on the treadmill, 1 mile on the elliptical Tuesday - Twisted ankle falling off the back steps Wednesday through Sunday - Er, nothing really, except three days of military training in a classroom. Totals: 3 miles on the treadmill, 1 mile on the elliptical. This is getting embarrassing. Dark Horse
I'm a dark horse, running on a dark race course.

Hey Gordon, thanks for keeping the tally! Might try to get more XT in this week, but with Carlsbad just three weeks away I'm getting nervous about my seeming inability to get a "real" long run done (18 miles or so...). I might be joining Mariposai on the treadmill for that task! Monday: 5.07 miles running, .5 mile walking on my shiny new Treadmill! Smile Tuesday: 13.6 miles on the stationary bike, 50 minutes Wednesday: 8.59 miles on the TM, EZ pace at 9:19 avg Thursday: 5.14 mile progressive run on the TM, 6.5 to 7.2 mph (9:14 to 8:20 m/m) Friday: No running, just running around doing shopping, cleaning, etc. Saturday: 8 mile progressive tempo run on the TM... not much XT going on here! Sunday: 19 miles long run done! (had to do the last 2.6 on the treadmill, but got 'er done!); .5 mile walking Total 45.8 running, 13.6 on the stationary bike, a couple miles walking (not all recorded here...) Happy New Year everyone! Will be fun watching the plump pony get back in form...

Thanks for the thread and totals. Still not much crosstraining in my schedule. With the holidays and such running has been my main goal.
