      Wed 10 Miles w/Ladders 10 miles

      Thurs 3 OR 30; Core/Strength    30 min
      1 hr core/strength

      Fri Rest
Sat 22 Logging Road Miles  21.75      We screwed up on the mileage due to a dead end road.
Sun 5 Trail Miles  5      Pavement miles.  Not particularly exciting, to say the least.
      TOTAL    36.75  1 hr.
       2 hrs.

The 5 miles on Sunday seems wrong, despite the fact I have a 50k the following weekend.  The 50k is a training run, so my opinion is I should be doing at least 10 on Sunday, if not 12, which is what I would be doing if I didn't have the 50k.  More questions for Coach.  He's earning his $$ this time around.

Late to this rather tame party. Where is everyone? Wink

          Mon: 30 minutes of chest/shoulders/triceps + abs + 30 min LB

Slept in till 5h30 cause I felt really tired. Guess recovery from a long run requires more sleep. Did the UB, nothing else though.

Tue: 5.5K easy run + PT appt.

Done, though it turned into 5.5 kilometers of speed intervals. Nice though.

Wed: 60 min easy run + 30 min LB + abs

First did STS Plyo legs. Really like this w/o. Then hopped on the TM for

          5 min @ 9.5K + 0%
          5 min @ 10K + 0%
          1 min @ 9K steady and 3-4-5-6-7-6-5-4-3% with a 1 min recovery inbetween @ 0%
          2 min @ 9K + 0%
          5 min @ 9.5K + 0%
          5 min @ 10K + 0%

Total 5.6 kilometers in 36 minutes, that's all I had time for this morning.

Thu: 90 min easy run + 30 min yoga + PT appt.

Fri: 30 minutes of back and biceps + abs + 30 min LB

          Sat: 7K doggie run + HiiT 30/30

Sun: 30K long run (I hope)

Doesn't everyone post their schedule for the week late on Thursday?  considering that, I guess I can forgive Les for not getting the totals posted.  Especially since I actually had a reasonable total last week.  Joking
