February was gave me the highest miles month since September of last year, 161 miles.

67.68 running miles -- my longest February mileage since starting my current record-keeping in 2009!

27.35 cycling -- my longest (and probably only!) cycling mileage in Feb.

Not as well, my friend...not as well. But we're making do with amateur help.

Feb: 160 miles. 9 treadmill workouts might be a monthly record # of times on the 'mill in a month.

I had 47 miles for February - lowest monthly total in a long time, but at least it's a prime number!

54.2 for the month, continuing the VERY minor monthly increases. Hope the next couple get better, now that I've signed up for a Half in early May.

And I think you're doing just fine, Andy.

Need a fast half for late fall. Then I need to actually train for it.
