I had a measly 91.5 miles in November.  Not even a prime number!  But it included winning my AG at the national championship trail marathon in Moab!  And my miles are down because we're on the road, so lately I've run in Utah, Arizona, and Nevada.

Milktruck, thank you for taking over for me!

I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.

Carolyn's a hard act to follow, both as keeper of this thread and in this posting. Congrats on the national AG placing, wildchild!

November was a bit better than expected:

          55.32 Running

116.58 Cycling (thank you, weather gods)

218 miles in November, I missed many days tapering for my 16th NYC marathon (3:15), and then recovering afterwards. I also raced a 3 mile turkey trot, got 1st place in my age group

Thanks, Carolyn, for keeping this thread going for so long. Hey, I was just wondering what happened to Tramps the other day... And Thanks, MilkTruck, for taking over! Yeah, the photos will be a hard act to follow but maybe we can all pitch in with those.

So... 172.8 miles for November. I'm sure I ran an extra .2 or so somewhere in there, so can we round up to 173? Is that a prime? Might as well be something of note if I can't get to 200. But, I'm uninjured, just unmotivated and dealing with winter, so it's all good.

Yep, it's prime. I found that if you just type in something like "factor 173" to Google, it will give you all the factors and tell you if it's a prime number.
