    Thanks! I bought a stability ball, but the wrong size. It's for someone 6'1" to 6'9". Shocked Need to take it back and get one for someone 5'8". My feet will probably touch the ground then.

        Thank you Gordon! Last weekend I tumbled down stairs and bunged up my ankle/foot. Hand it checked out and nothing was broken. Now running doesn't seem to bother it but the area is stiff and sore to the touch. M-rest T-strength training and core/ball classes Wed-5 mi Thur-2.3 + 3.1 TT + 1.1 = 6.5 Fri-digest Sat-loaf Su-5 mi Summary: 16.5 mi + digesting. Better do some yoga quick.
