    OK, is it me or is that .6 mi c/d just showing off?

     

     Heh, I figure this is a cross training thread, and walking is my only reliable cross training. I post it all. Gotta do that cool down walk though, or I just lock up tighter than a drum!

     

    Deb, yes, it's going pretty well down here! If I can get my run in tomorrow pre-game, I'm heading for a PR week. Who'd have guessed? I'm finding I like this morning running thing, but only because I'm out the door between 8 and 9 a.m. Can't do that at home during the week though... I try to be at work by 7:30!

        Wow, I haven't been checking in all week, so my post will show up on page 3. Amazing!

         

        M - 1500 meters swimming - done

        T - 7.2 miles running - done

        W - 12.1 miles running - done

        Th - 1500 meters swimming - done

        F - rest day - done

        Sa - 20 miles running- done

        Su - 1500 meters swimming & 4.5 miles running - done

        Total -  43.8 miles running & 4.5 km swimming - Done

          bike (8/15) - 13.8 miles

          run (8/15) - 4.3 miles
