an amazing likeness
Welcome DollarBill!
Hmm.....interesting. Looking at the course map, I'm guessing that climb coming back up to Hanover from the river at miles 8.5 - 9.5 (ish) will be a hard slog...that's a tough spot in the race course for that.

Race: A Midsummer Night's Run
Event URL: http://www.amidsummernightsrun.ca/
Distance: 15 km
Location: Toronto ON
Goal Time: TBD but I'm hoping to beat my last time 1:55:17 (in 2009)
But I'm changing my goal time to 1:52:30
I think that's right - 7:30min/km x 15 km.
First or last...it's the same finish line

Hope you don't mind, but checked out your log to see what you've been running. Looks like you're just about there. Your 5K and 10K times are excellent and show you can do fast miles, your HM recently was really good, will have to knock about 13 seconds per mile to get there (calculating in my head). You've shown you can do speed for 5 and 10K, and with two months to go, you should be able to knock more off the longer distance with the long miles you're putting in and I will assume better weather coming.
Good luck
