Run 2: from capitol to Washington monument with running peep: 1 mile walk, 1 mile run-2.04 avg 12:47 m/m
Splits: 14:18, 11:19
Run 3: from capitol to home: 1.02 avg 12:05 m/m
HR seems to be lower and pace faster. Could swimming be the cause of this?
