Notes
This one was tough. Never really warmed into it and by the 10th mile my legs were toast. It became a survival shuffle as hard as the last miles of a marathon. Got some work to do. Didn't run yesterday due to helping move Tina up to Davis but that really wasn't bad at all - definitely not the reason for today.
