5 mile tempo (at 6:55-7:05 target) starting at the Zanker road bikepath 1 mile out to the Strip then the 4 miles of the strip. Excellent run. This one has to give me a bump. Several times during the last couple miles I'd start to feel 'ragged' like I couldn't do it for 5 miles but then I'd look at my watch and see 6:45 pace and then I'd slow it down a little and feel much better.
