10X400, 2:40 recovery
Did two sets of 5 ramp intervals. The ramps I picked were the last set on the west side of the river(right before you get to the bridge). Turns out this is just a hair over 0.25 miles. Start with a down-ramp to the flat, float along the gravel flat part for almost the entire .25 miles, climb the ramp at the end (try to work this climb), done. Run back to the start along the flat top of the levee trail. Repeat.
