Notes
Had absolutely NO energy this morning. Thankfully, I was only planning a leg-stretching jog. From about 9pm to about 10pm I ate 4, FOUR, chocolate candy bars! WTF? I am a chocoholic. I think that that might have had something to do with my total lack of energy this AM. On the bright side, my legs feel great now and I think I'm ready to run a good 1/2 tomorrow.
