3 X 1.25 mile, .125 mile recovery Tried to run the ints at 6:35 pace. The 1st and 3rd intervals were on a slight uphill with headwind, 2nd was slight downhill with a tailwind. #1 and especially #3 felt kind of difficult. Also did 5 hill charges as part of my cooldown jog. The five hill charges were over the Hwy 85 overpass on Prospect road. These were tough to complete.
