Completed the workout! 6x1600 with 200 jog recovery.
1 - 6:35 (this was the toughest interval - all uphill)
2 - 6:19 (easiest as it was all downhill)
3 - 6:17 (mostly flat)
4 - 6:17 (mostly flat)
5 - 6:17 (mostly flat)
6 - 6:17 (I call this UPHILL!)
The conditions today were so much better than last week at lunch when I tried this workout. This morning was cold and no wind vs hot and windy last time. Felt pretty strong throughout.
