6X3200 at 6:35/mile 200 jog recovery
done on DL bikepath; 1,3,5 North and with the wind, 2,4,6 south and against the wind. Wind was very strong. The northbound intervals felt like jogging then the dreaded southbound intervals were brutal. Interval 6 (southbound) turned out to be bad - the rain started very heavy on this one. In 2 minutes I was soaked. After the interval I tried to do a set of 5 .1 mile hill repeats but blew it off after 1. My feet were wet and bothering me do I called it a day and jogged back to LTC. Tough, tough workout but it's done! Barn ... meet hay.
