5X1600 200 jog recovery. Supposed to be at 6:50 per 1600 but I miscalculated the 400 splits. I calculated that to be 1:32 per 400 which I found out was wrong! When I got to the first 400 it felt too hard and the split was 1:37 so I knew it wasn't off. Recaluclated as I ran and got the correct splits 1:42 per 400. After that first 800 it was much closer to but still a little faster than 6:50 / 1600. Felt pretty much in control the whole way.
