Was going to do 4X1600 at comfortably hard pace but knew it wasn't going to happen. Just felt no energy. Did one 400 at 1:41 then did 4X600 at ~2:28 each. Then jogged some and did 4 10 or 11 second full-speed bursts. After this, I was done. Stopped and walked a couple times on the way back to work.
