Legs felt great when I went out to run today. I had missed the last two days of running and it seems to have been a good thing. I dialed back (originally was going to run 8 or 9 with strides) to just a very easy jog out to the strip, then run 8 100m strides at exactly the 5K pace I think I need to run 19min, then very easy jog back to work. This should leave my legs as fresh as they were today. Hopefully.
