Notes

Ran this as a fast training run. Tried to run at 6:50 pace which I did but I definitely ran a negative split race so it wasn't a flat 6:50 the whole way. I forgot my watch so I had no feedback on pace and no splits. This is a tough course. Felt terrible afterwards - didn't do much for my confidence.
