Went over to Shoreline to run after work. This run was a bit of a struggle. Felt like I had no energy. No real physical issues just mentally tough. Of course it didn't help that it was pretty windy out there on the Bay. Beautiful afternoon to run, not a lot of people so had the place pretty much to myself. Ended up getting in a decent run.
