Felt pretty good today. I must be making progress because the last couple of weeks my legs were very tired afer Tue/Wed intervals.

I'm done with R paced running for now. The last 4 weeks I did R-paced intervals as "primary" workout and I-paced intervals as "secondary" workouts. Starting this coming week I will do Threshold intervals as my primary and Interval as secondary. Try to tuneup a bit for Norcal.
