Did 12X400 at 86sec on 4 minute periods ... so 2:30 rests. Kinda long but they WERE intervals! Felt really good the entire time. I guess the long recoveries help with that. Did this one with the WVJS gang. Now just easy running till next week (that includes the Houston half marathon on Sunday!).
