Started at LGHS parking lot and jogged back to Vasona park and did 10 Hill charges (very controlled not all out) then jogged back to LGHS. Had one back spasm on the way back, right after I stopped for some water. Had to run very slowly for a while but then got back to normal. Legs and feet felt good.
