Run felt really good despite the fact that hips and some muscles were still a bit sore from Sat/Sunday hike. Ran to the top of Fremont Older (from 200ft up to over 1000ft) then came back home. Tried to simulate running quick AFTER putting serious hill miles on the legs. Gave me good confidence.
