Legs feeling tired/beat so I decided to break up today's run into two easy segments. 4.4 miles easy at lunch and then another 3 tonight also easy. I did run 7 downhill, on the grass, strides in this afternoon's run. Didn't push hard, just opened up some.
The 2week layoff seems like it really didn't affect my cardio fitness but my legs especially the muscles around the knees got 'out of shape'.
