Notes
Well, got out for a little run. Initially planned on doing 3 very easy miles. At the end of 1 I started to feel a little niggle in my hip so I turned around and came back. Was a little worse than when it started but still not as bad as the last time I tried to run. Encouraging sign. Tomorrow supposed to rain so I won't be tempted to run tomorrow. Maybe a Saturday couple of miles to see how the hip is.
Have lost a good bit of fitness as my HR at 9:30 pace was 138 -140. A month ago if I ran at that pace it would probably have been below 125.
