Supposed to be 12X800 at 10K pace (91.5sec/400). Coupla things happened along the way, though. 1) On the very first 800 I missed the 800 mark so I had to extend it to 1200. 2) got tired towards the end. 3) decided to make the last one another 1200 to bookend the 800's.

Turned out to be a great workout. Just started getting tired around the 7th 800 and decided to call it a day after the 9th 800 and cap it off with a 12.
