12X400 @ 85 sec (200 jog recovery) on my Dixon Landing bike path marked course.

Missed the 4th chalk mark on the path so extended the 2nd interval to 500m. This was a hard workout under the sun (completely exposed) on a hot day. Probably a hair faster than what I should have run today. Must say that my legs felt great today.
