since Juana Run 8K is Saturday decided on a lite workout today. Legs not fully recovered from the 19 miler on Sunday but not bad at all. Settled on doing 4X800 @ 3:20 with 200 recovery. These felt fully relaxed, no pushing at all to hit these times. I think this was a good one.
