Day 3 of the 2 week test.

Goal workout: 4X1200m at 6:20 pace with 200m jog

Wasn't sure how I'd hold up to intervals not having eaten any carbohydrates for 3 days but it was OK. Felt good enough to toss in 5 hill charges on the cooldown run back to work.
