4x1.46 mile campus loop relay (each person does two). Really felt out of shape coming up the hill at the end. Back felt OK but could not really extend my legs too far out in front of me as I would feel the 'pull' on my back. had to be content with trying to concentrate on short, fast strides. Results were really not too shabby for the shape I'm in. The 2nd loop was faster than the first loop though I felt way worse on the 2nd one than the 1st. I thought I'd slowed down significantly!
