2X(3X800 @ 3:15, 200 roll-on recovery). Did first 3 rep set out to Dixon Landing into a pretty strong wind. 2nd set was coming back with the wind. This was supposed to be a light workout but ended up being a little more when conditions (windy, hot) were taken into effect. Still not that difficult.
