3X1@6:35 with 3 ~200's @6:00. On the treadmill. Who knows how accurate but it felt like a darn good effort. Found that the TM max speed was 6min/mile (10mph) so that's what I ran the 200's at. Ran 0.15 to account for speed ramp up time.
