Long run up from LG up to Alma Bridge road and along the reservoir. Not a bad run as we ran in the shade for the majority of the run. Norry, Duane, Darren, Raha, Jenny and Angie - and we all stayed together as no one took off from the group to run faster. I was grateful for that!
