Good ride but had a pretty nasty hi speed fall. Got distracted from the trail by a few deer and came up on a sharp turn to fast. Grabbed too much front brake and washed out the front end hard. Luckily I had worn my knee pads and a long sleeve jersey to my legs were protected. Unluckily I didn't wear my elbow pads and took a good ding to the right elbow. Its OK, just a little icing to help a little.
