I suck.
Went out too fast for that Hayes St. Hill. I just completely wilted on the thing and totally underestimated it's length, I knew it wasn't going to be pretty when I got my first look at it having done 6:05 in mile 1. Took a few miles to recover and was only able to pick it back up for the last mile or so. It felt so good to get to the second half of the Golden Gate Park and feel that ocean breeze. I think the temp must have dropped 10 deg at mile 5.5.
