Supposed to be a 4 or 5 mile tempo at 6:47 or so pace but during the warmup I could tell my legs were tired. Ran too fast on Mon and Tues to get enough recovery for 5 tempo miles with no recovery breaks. Confirmed this during the 1st mile when at the end I decided to drop to a 5X1600 & 4X200 workout.
